Most asset managers offer breadth without depth. They aggregate exposure across dozens of asset categories through intermediated fund products, with no genuine specialist oversight at the position level. The result is diluted performance, opaque fee structures and portfolios that reflect availability rather than conviction.

Rotterdam Asset MGT is building the alternative. A firm where each of its six asset classes — real estate, precious metals, global equities, energy infrastructure, trade finance and European residency advisory — is managed by a dedicated team with direct market access, documented processes and accountability at every step.

Our vision is direct on-the-ground presence — local legal counsel, active market relationships and proprietary transaction intelligence — across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Geographic expansion follows demonstrated sector capability, not commercial ambition alone.

Institutional-grade portfolio construction is not, and should not be, exclusive to clients with nine-figure mandates. Our vision is a firm where a disciplined private investor receives the same quality of allocation thinking, reporting rigour and senior access as a family office with a substantially larger mandate. Structure should not determine quality.

We are building a fully integrated advisory capability that connects qualifying asset investment — in real estate, equities or structured funds — directly with Schengen residency and citizenship pathways in Portugal, Malta, Greece and Spain.
